Tania Irwin is a transformation coach, leadership educator, and organizational consultant who helps individuals and teams navigate change by strengthening their Internal Processing System (IPS)—the way they interpret experiences, relationships, and identity.

With over a decade of experience, her work sits at the intersection of leadership development, identity exploration, and cognitive behavior. She specializes in helping people identify unproductive thought patterns, reframe limiting beliefs, and shift behaviors to produce more aligned, effective outcomes.

Tania is the creator of Getting Intuit™, a signature methodology grounded in leadership psychology and cognitive behavioral theory that equips individuals and organizations to lead with clarity, intention, and emotional intelligence.

She currently serves as Associate Director of Belonging and Inclusion at Villanova University, where she supports the leadership and identity development of underrepresented college students. In her free time, as a proud Philadelphia native, Tania is committed to serving underrepresented and marginalized communities—leveraging her expertise in strategic planning and fund development to expand access, resources, and opportunity.
