METHODOLOGY
Cognitive reframing is the process of identifying and shifting how we interpret our experiences—how we view situations, relationships, emotions, and even ourselves.
Whether consciously or unconsciously, these interpretations shape how we think, how we show up, and ultimately, the results we produce.

At TCA, we call this your Internal Processing System (IPS)—the internal narratives you create from the information and experiences you receive. Your IPS influences your behaviors, your decisions, and the outcomes you experience in your life and work.

At a deeper level, this work also involves identity reconstruction—examining who you’ve come to believe you are based on past experiences, and intentionally redefining that identity in ways that are more aligned and empowering.

For many, these internal narratives are shaped by unresolved experiences, including psychological and emotional trauma. Without awareness, those experiences can reinforce limiting beliefs, protective behaviors, and patterns that no longer serve you.

With over a decade of experience, Tania has found that when individuals or organizations are dissatisfied with their outcomes, it is often rooted in these internal patterns—the stories they’ve internalized about themselves, others, and what’s possible.
But here’s the shift:

"What if you could change the very thing shaping your results?"

Through intentional awareness, cognitive reframing, and identity reconstruction, you can begin to shift how you process, respond, and lead—creating outcomes that are more aligned, effective, and sustainable.

C’mon… let’s Get Intuit™.
