THE INVISIBLE STRING OF
ELEPHANT THINKING

Why do people stay in situations they’ve outgrown—even when they have the power to leave?

Like elephants conditioned from a young age to believe they cannot break free, many individuals carry invisible limitations shaped by past experiences, trauma, and internalized beliefs.

In this session, Tania “Auntie” Irwin introduces the concept of “Elephant Thinking” through the lens of her IPS framework—exploring how unconscious narratives keep individuals stuck in cycles of fear, self-doubt, and limitation.

Through honest storytelling and cognitive reframing, participants learn how to identify these invisible “strings,” challenge limiting beliefs, and shift their thinking to create new outcomes.

Because the barrier isn’t always external—
sometimes, it’s the story you’ve been telling yourself.
