I KNOW WHY THE
CAGED BIRD SINGS
What does it look like to appear “fine” on the outside while struggling internally?
Many individuals navigate high expectations, pressure, and personal challenges simultaneously—often coping in ways that go unseen. Over time, these patterns can create internal cages that impact well-being, identity, and performance.
In this session, Tania “Auntie” Irwin shares her journey through trauma, unhealthy coping mechanisms, and recovery—connecting it to how individuals process, internalize, and respond to their experiences.
Using her IPS framework, she helps participants identify the stories and behaviors keeping them stuck, and equips them with tools to shift toward healthier, more aligned ways of thinking and living.
Because healing isn’t just about what you escape—
it’s about how you learn to see yourself differently.

Participants will:
Identify unhealthy thought patterns and coping behaviors
Reflect on the relationship between internal narratives and well-being
Analyze personal “cages” using the C.A.G.E.™ framework
Develop a S.I.N.G.™ action plan for healing, growth, and self-alignment
Ideal for:
Mental Health, Trauma Recovery, Identity & Culture, Addiction & Recovery, Personal Growth, Resilience, Wellbeing
